Hi

I have just spoken to a long suffering iBust subscriber (my sister in law). She has had absolutely no trouble connecting and being online.

Her speeds are fast and she is not having any trouble with browsing, downloading etc.

The last year has been bad, with the last 3 months being utter hell. She would phone the helldesk 3 times a week only to be led up the garden path and ultimately told that "there is no problem, you are the only problem".

So... I wonder what has changed??

OH YES... she switched over from iBust to ADSL on Friday.

Oooops... silly me...

No wonder she is having no hassles!!!!!

Hope she's keeping a sharp eye on her bank accounts... there are forumites here who've had their bank accounts accessed illegally by iburst long after the termination of their iburst accounts.
