Fast USB Flash Drive

Hi,

I'm wondering if anyone can advise me on a USB Flash Drive...

I am looking for about 4GB, and as fast as possible. Also, I'd like one that has a build in cap or slide action, so that I won't looks the cap

I have looked at the Corsair Voyager GT, and it seems perfect, except that it has a loose cap.

Anyone know of something similar with an integrated cap?

Nothing with even close to the durability

every flashdrive I ever bought with a integrated cap is now broken, but with working flash memory.

Go for the Voyager GT. its the BEST! if you are a bit paranoid and want the ultimate protection get the Survivor GT.

Looks like the GT isn't really much faster?

Edit: It looks like the 16GB GT is a bit slower - the 2, 4 and 8 GT are manufactured with SLC flash which is faster

greg, don't worry about those with caps, if you have a really small drill bit you can make a hole in the cap then using some thing nylon string you can make sure it can't be lost. It probably won't even void the warrantee as it's just a small hole in the plastic cap.

A part of me is thinking of getting an external 1.8" hard drive, but I still think they are a bit big.

This Corsair Voyager >> I can't find any read/write speeds quoted. They just say "faster".

I searched for reviews wrt the performance... the GT is definitely one of the fastest around.
