Faster Line's

a few years ago we moved into a new house and needed internet, this was the first time ive gotten internet so i didnt really know what "ping and latency" and all that stuff is...

But now im really ****** off cus of my slow connection speed (it takes FOREVER to watch a youtube video), first my dad phoned mweb and ordered 3mbs.... and we only got +10kbs by the 30kbs, so he went back to a slower line. When we asked Mweb why we didnt get 3mb/s they tod us to phone telkom, so about a month later telkom comes to our house and tests the lines and they found that the phoneline is to "Old" So a MONTH ago i sent a email to telkom Via the telkom website contact us, asking them to upgrade our lines, cus my dad uses it for his businesse and for my personal use, and still ive gotten no answer.... (as you would expect from telkom...) does anyone know who i can contact to come fix us better lines? (there are multiple people around us who also use internet for a job...) i live in: Wingate Park, Pretoria

I get my line from Telkom and my ADSL from mweb...

There's a Telkom shop in most shopping malls.
