Fastest Internet

What would be the fastest solution for browsing, email and some things running on other ports (not peer to peer). I'll not be doing any downloading like peer2peer.

I take it that it would probably be ADSL unshaped? (From IS or Siax?)

Or if you have coverage and wiling to sign a 24 month contract, there is also NeoTel. The unshaped packages from Telkom and IS cost a lot more.
