It's the official firmware released by Samsung last week, the YouTube video tells you exactly what to do including links to Odin and a thread on XDA with links to all the different regions.

Do a full backup to your pc before flashing. Phone will be wiped so nougat can function correctly.

In the YouTube video he was already running Nougat before he started the flash, he just reflashed it to make the video.
