Fastlink does not work any more.

I now have to use my Motorola cellphone as a modem and it works fine albeit a bit slow. I have a contract for my E220, but it does not work as it keeps timing out.
I have tried to downgrade to GPRS only, but it still times out.
The help desk cannot help so I may have to go to HELLOPETER.
