I really hope someone can help with this one. When using the modem to connect, Internet Explorer/Outlook Express works fine then freezes after +- 5-10 min and the process is repeated after every restart. This is now the second modem, MTN swapped the first one as it was doing the same thing. The laptop (Compaq Evo) has been in the computer shop for the last 2 months - They have tried Windows Xp repair, Windows reformat, Windows XP reboot, new drivers, modem firmware updates you name it its been done without success. Modem works fine on other PC's .Serial number for modem is EO7NAB16A2101254
