Fastlink- no connection-cellphone ok.

My fastlink peters out after 30 mins. to no connection. Timed out.
I then put the sim in my cellphone and can post this with no problem.
I have deleted the fastlink programme and reloaded it and it still does not connect.
What gives?

it could be the firmware, try changing the connection type to GPRS EDGE Preferred?

No. Still Connecting via cellphone.

has to be the modem though cause the cellphone still connects...
thus hence and hitherto nothing wrong with GPRS...

Tried as you guys said. Still timing out. Using Edge with cellphone now again. No probs with this.
