It's so sad to see how easy it is to generalise. I am fat too. My problem? I don't like food. I've never enjoyed food. So I'll basically starve myself till I have a headache and then grab something to eat. My doctor told me to start eating 5/6 small meals a day. I tried it for a few weeks, and I started losing weight. When I go out with my friends, they generally bring the larger portions to me - assuming I'm the big eater. When I wouldn't be able to eat half that food. So yes, I can make changes. Yes, I've tried every diet on the market. No, I haven't had much success. And yes, I gym 4 times a week for an hour. So please stop judging and think that it is light work to lose the weight.
