I would like to know why.

When two companies sign an agreement, there is a lot of forward-thinking and planning to ensure the agreement is benefical for both companies, and that all eventualities might be covered.

Or is there something else in the works which we are not to know of?

It's their legislation changes to the ECA that they don't want anyone to know about.
