Fault reporting service...

I was wandering if there is an alternate site or any site you can think of that reports a faulty on the SAIX backbone....

I had access to the SAIX noticeboard but no longer do.. After today's problems in JHB its driving me mad not knowing where the problem lies and sitting in the dark

Any ideas ??
