Faulty Demos

Bought a magazine today for R170
But ok it had playable demos so i thought cool, that should help me decide on my next game, as I'm new to the xbox experience.

Well, just got home from work to find out all I bought was a very expensive magazine..... the demo disc doesn't work

Does anyone know if I can return it? lol
Or does anyone have old demos that they need to get rid of?

BTW, paper weight has those mags for very cheap(a bit old though) bit still got them demos

Definate big-ups for paperweight

They have good stuff. (and mags with demo discs)

So I thought. I remember buying mags from them with demo disks but their new trend lately is to get them without the discs

True, I remember in my ps2 days when I'll go through paper weight looking at mags and some of them will advertise demo discs but the mag is already out its plastic cover and no disc in sight

So the update is.... CNA replaced it, but only after they tested the disc on their own xbox. Took 20min to get the key to open the cabinet where the console was...

Why did they have to test it? Why would I want a disc replaced if it worked?
