Hi,
I got a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 edition from Vodacom on a contract last week Wednesday.
I noticed that, when scolling and then holding my finger still on the screen, the screen constantly keeps jittering while my finger is STILL on the screen. It's really annoying and I can easily replicate it in my day to day use of the tablet.
So I took it in a day later (Thursday) and showed the lady at Vodacom what the problem was. She booked it in and said it will be replaced within 7 working days. I went to Vodacom today to hear if there was any update on the tablet, only to find my same tablet with a paper saying "NO FAULT FOUND". So she referred me to the Vodacom Care Centre in Potchefstroom.
I went to them and showed them the problem. The technician and lady working at the desk BOTH admitted that they see what's wrong, but they tell me it's not a problem, the tablet was designed to do that. They kept insisting that it is not a problem, but my friend has the EXACT same tablet and his does not have this problem.
I'm awaiting a call from them to speak to the manager, but there is NO WAY in hell that I'm not going to get a replacement on this. It's a day old and clearly faulty, and according to the CPA, I have a the right to get a replacement unit.
@Vodacom Rep. Please contact me if you can sort this out for me and get a replacement.
EDIT: This is the exact fault that I have: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XGQENDDGd-4
