I have recently changes from a Vodacom Prepaid, to a Cell-C ControlChat. (What a mistake!?!). I have endless problems setting up my voicemail. The divert on the cellphone works, and shows that the active number diverted to, is my number, but the VoiceMailBox, is somebody else's.
If someone phones to my number, which is diverted (say on busy), the caller get routed to a complete strangers voicemail. Even if the caller leaves a message on the strangers mailbox, I don't get alerted, which is actually correct, because: IT IS NOT MY MAILBOX.
I have contacted the helpdesk(140) numerous times, but with no success.
Did anybody else had a similar problem?
