Like the title says...

I am new to this wonderful new world of xposed :-)

Currently enjoying the tweaks brought about the modules as in the screenshot...

Are there any others that some of you find very useful?

I am looking for one that will add quick settings toggles right within my notification panel (I am on PA 3.99 ROM and it is not included by default) , and to adjust brightness by slidong across the status bar... Hopefully I'll find them!

What do you mean that the quick settings toggles are not in the notification area?

Xposed framework is a way of getting custom ROM like features on any other ROM, even say Touchwiz. Want Halo on Touchwiz? No problem. No need to flash anything or recovery. It's as easy as installing apks through the xposed framework app, and rebooting your phone.

There are a ton of mods. It is a revolutionary development in the world of Android. I can't believe there aren't more posts (unless there already is another thread and I missed it).

You know like on Touchwiz, when you first pull down the status bar to reveal the notification panel, I want quick settings toggles to be there in a horizontal bar at the top, as well as a brightness slider. I don't want to tap on the top right icon to reach the 'tiles' quick settings, which I really dislike anyway (I know I can set PA to reveal those tile settings first when 'pulling down' the status bar, but I dislike the way the settings look and then I need to press another button to get back to actual notifications.) Both notifications and quick settings toggles should be on the same page for speed and ease of use, IMO.

Other than that, I still prefer PA. I was just hoping someone maybe knows of a mod that will reveal those quick settings toggles within the same area as the notifications. And a brightness slider bar.

Maybe I'll post in the XDA thread...

Those features are inherent to the way Touchwiz works, and with PA being AOSP based, I don't see how Xposed would be able to overwrite such a large part of the UI to add those functionalities.

I've always believed that if you want Touchwiz features, you should use a Touchwiz-based ROM... AOSP eschews them for a reason.

Cool, I inderstand :-) just that my previous AOSP based ROMs had them, ie CarbonRom.

Anyways! Also on the lookout for any other cool xposed modules... I encourage everyone to take a look at xposed if they haven't yet...
