What is you favourite dungeon of all time , design and atmosphere wise?

Pre BC
5 man : Sunken Temple.
Raid: AQ ( loved the battle with Moam (spelling?) The guys i went with just made it so much fun.

I like the ST layout also.

Must liked for me pre TBC is SM... damn I used to grind them bad :D. And the drops for that lvl is plenty and awsome.

Most hated

MARA - OMG ... I hate that bloody place
 
i also vote mara as my most hated dungeon, Its the only instance that i will not take a lowbie through for a boost.

Even a boost will take 3 hours :D

No seriously .. I ran it only once per char of mine. Never got a desent usable drop... and man does it take hours and hours and hours
 
I might run it through with my rogue hoping for the blue wrist blade that drops there.
Can anyone possibly drop the stats of that wrist blade?
My internet connection at work is uber slow.

There is some nice shoulders there also.. Just no idea what it's called.
If you have the Atlas addon, you can check what loot drops in which instance :)
 
BRD is my Fav and Gnomeregan is my most hated. The WHOLE ISNTANCE comes down on you. THE WHOLE ONE. never going back there again.
 
Pre-TBC:

Best Instance - Scholomance, "school is now in session"
Worst Instance - Uldaman, no really this place is so boring
Best Raid - BWL - Enough said, simply amazing
Worst Raid - AQ40 - Qiraji Mindslayer's are the worst mobs ever

TBC:

Best Instance - Shadow Labs, they should buff Murmur though
Worst Instance - Slavepens, Honestly enough fish mobs already
Best Raid - Black Temple, awesome boss fights and amazing music
Worst Raid - SSC, really stop giving us fish and boring boss fights

Yea Gnomer is a biatch.

I always only get myself boosted for the Triprunner pantswhich is from lvl 25, then we're out. I have never completed Gnomer . The best damn Leather pants in wow pre-lvl 40
 
pre-tbc... my fav instance was 45min baron (UD strat)

we would slack till 30min left and zerg the place :)

worse was and always will b Uldaman + Gnomer
 
Underbog, Shadowlab and zg for atmosphere and design
BWL ,Kara and Mag for encounter funness

about mara.... normal mara just as bad as Uldaman however mara princess run is quite cool
 
For a boost: SM ... can choose any of the three and be in and out really quickly.

5 Man: Most fun I'd ever had was when I was low and we did WC.... our Rogue (Yes you Pit) got us hopeless lost looking for the final boss...

ST is also great but again the company made the dungeon.

Also got some comments from the guys about the GPS not working or something :D Damn that was fun. I really miss the low lvl instances we used to grind together

Now for the lvl 60 dungeons :cool:
 
Yesterday i found myself sneaking through STV to get to westfall (cant believe blizzard didnt add a freakin closer flight path) to deadmines and it got me thinking...
Are any of you taking the effort to get your alts through that dungeon? Also are there any quests for deadmi8nes on the horde side?
