Traditionally lamb... weather looks good for Sunday so maybe a leg cooked slowly on the Weber.

I did see a rabbit hopping down the road the other day... my next favourite Easter might well be irony...

The pickled fish we bought from PnP was horrible, how fish can be that tough and dry, I do not know.

Yes neither have I, that's why I thought pickled fish was traditional

Probably the same as our local Checkers. They use the fried fish they did not sell the previous day and make pickled fish. They do however just ask R69.99/kg so its a bargain and I keep buying.

I can't say that I have traditionally had an Easter Meal. It is normally a standard Sunday meal which is usually English recipes.
