So what are some of your favourite songs that deal with the use or abuse of alcohol or drugs.
Here are some of my favourites.

Interesting that you consider it related to substance abuse.

Sure I know there are some overly obvious lines relate to rainbows and such but in general it's held to be related to Freddie being the bad guy that almost had Queen splitting up.

So more of a self reflection song which is also why it's on the solo album and not a "band" song.

Also you can relate it to him giving others Aids and blaming himself for their misfortune even though they volunteered to partake.
