Faye Joubert is executive head for customer care at Cell C and has been with the group for four years since the awarding of Cell C’s license in 2001. Prior to this, she was with MTN for seven years, bringing her cellular industry experience to more than 11 years. At Cell C, Joubert is responsible for customer-service outlets, including two inbound call centres, outbound customer relationship management as well as customer retention.
