Fear Telkom line has been hacked

Good day all. I've just noticed I had Content/WASP services on my statement. Namely Basebone Pty Ltd Ba, EAI, and USSD. Does anyone have any idea what this means?
 
Basebone took R7 a month from my neighbour's phone account for years. MTN claimed not to be able to stop it.
She stopped using her phone in March due to increasing dementia and I cancelled the account

I saw an invoice dated 25th September from MTN showing R42 in arrear due to this charge. A quick call to the bank (I have her power of attorney) stopped any attempt at a debit
