the steering is feeling very very light and im not sure what it could be?!

tie rods replaced
shock arms replaced

there is a slight knock coming from the left wheel now when going over speed bumps and uneven road surfaces , pretty sure its the balljoints but otherwise cv joints ? those i can replace both at the same time.
any help would be great as to why the car feels so light, its pretty easy to turn the wheel to full lock and im pretty worried about this....
