So, I thought I'd just vent my frustration a bit.
I work from home, so I have a business line, fax line, and an ADSL line, all registered as a business lines with Telkom. My lines have all been down for more than a week, and all I seem to get are smses from Telkom every morning, telling me they are working on the problem. However, I haven't seen a Telkom truck in my area, yet a lone a Telkom technician come to check the lines.
This is really starting to become a joke. I can understand to a certain extent if it was a residential line, however, they are business line, which I do pay more for and which supposedly supposed to get higher preference. So much for that idea!
