Fed Up !

yesterday while browsing with 3G it stopped all of a sudden.... i called Vodacom Customer care and explained my situation and the person( i cant remember who) told me to set my settings to GPRS only which i did..... then continues to tell me that i can use it like that for an hour then try again as it "MIGHT" be network congestion.... to my horror an hour later i tried again and guess what now it tries to connect but it tells me im roaming??????????????? WTF IM NOT ROAMING... I HAVE USED THIS CARD FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS and every now and then io get issues but none as bad as this.

and to top it off the people at the call centers cant do anything... not even when i call 155...... i am seriously starting to loose my cool with VODACOM... and whats more is that every day that goes by means i will need to move quicker to use up what i have paid for, no more just leisurely using my bandwidth... C,mon Vodacom i have used 3g and now im reduced to gprs,

and please dont get me started on staff at the call centres.... once apon a time i called only to be told that they will call me back...... im still waiting.
