Anybody using fedora 10 . How is the multimedia playback on it i wanna give it a try but most of the review's i've read say its a bit weak on multimedia playback
 
Why do you want to try Fedora? Are you a spy from redhat? Nobody wants to use Fedora. :P
 
Its on the linux format magazine so wanna buy the magazine and test it . What do people use i hope you not gonna say ubuntu cause i don't like ubuntu
 
thanx but ive already been there i simply wanted the perspective of someone who is using it
 
what is it with ubuntu people always trying too stuff ubuntu down everyone else's throats if i wanted ubuntu i would have mentioned ubuntu but no its fedora 10 anyway its no biggy i'll give it a run next week see how it goes

Maybe they are trying to get you to use a decent OS with great support.
 
I use Fedora 10 (x86_64) and have no problem playing DVDs, mp3, cda, ogg, flv, mp4... Also, I have the 64 bit flash plugin installed for Firefox and even though it is aplha, it hasn't given me any problems. FedoraForum is great and the default rss feeds that come with liferia are very informative.
