Just completed upgrading from Fedora 19 to 20 using the fedup upgrade tool with no major problems.
After running "yum clean all" & "yum update" the first "fedup -- network 20" produced the following warnings on my system (YMMV):
... did a "yum remove" on the offending packages followed by "yum update" and "fedup -- network 20" then ran clean.
Rebooted and ran the upgrade option from grub. Total time from start to finish about 4 hours on a 8Mbps line.
Had to install Fripparies for F20 from http://intgat.tigress.co.uk/rmy/extensions/index.html to fully restore my F19 desktop but was otherwise a smooth upgrade.
Warning: I see from the Fedora forum that problems have been reported with fedup & nVidia systems so do your homework first.

Continue with the upgrade at your own risk.
