Sadly, I ordered something in early Nov, and no reply (via emails or taken calls).

I just want to hear if anyone is also struggling with them (or is it a HOAX)

Everything in the whois is redacted aside from original registration which was in 2016.
Website looks good but it has a cell number as contact details, always a worry in my opinion.

I have had instances where I bought from a similar good looking site and fought for close to a year to get what I had paid for.
