You're buying from an EBAY shop. Check the guy's feedback. I'd be weary of
small timers with low feedbacks. It's like buying on any website and you've got cover if you pay with PayPal. Make sure the guy sends you the item via
Registered mail. If you don't receive it, you have 45 days to file an ITEM NOT RECEIVED dispute and PayPal should give you your money back, it's more dangerous being the seller on Ebay usually.
The guy in the link has over 5000 feedbacks with 100% rating. I've never been burned by someone like that,
I've only been burned with small timers, ie some guy in the US who sold maybe 50 items
and now had a DVD collection (2nd hand) to sell. He did not want to ship to SA originally
but my 100% feedback for over 160 items and a 4 year Ebay history convinced him. In YOUR
case I would trust this guy (above) but don't hold me responsible if something goes wrong (it could
go wrong with Amazon too

). FOr honest sellers registered airmail would be OK. It's a small
risk you take but as I've said I've never had problems in this regard MYSELF.
The only BITCH with PayPal is if the seller sends you an incorrect item, you'll have to have it shipped back.
If the seller was dishonest you'd have to ship it back yourself but PayPal would insist on a trackable
method ie Courier. However I've never received a defective CD/DVD from Ebay sellers, its rare,
I had scratched DVDs from Amazon but not Ebay. Lucky I guess
