Last night I asked them to drop my line speed, since I have been experiencing intermittent connectivity. Today, I messaged them again to let them know that I have a new router and that they should not drop my speed. So what do they do? They reply to my message at 16:36 to say that they've dropped the speed. I replied within seconds but they haven't replied. All my subsequent replies have not been replied to and they probably fscked off for the weekend. Fscking useless.

At least you got a response.

NB the TelkomZA account is used by multiple people...and results vary. The dude signing his messages "Charl" seems solid.

Also...Friday/weekend...you can basically forget it @Telkom. Though the techies like working Sat/Sun for overtime.

Check McD Telkom thread...the one with the excel sheets.
