Fiat Fullback Headlights

Hello

I have a 2018 Fiat Fullback.
There is an issue with the headlights. When I turn the lights on the go bright for a second and then they go dull. The light strength is terrible.
It is fitted with Philllips D5S Xenon lights. Could this be an issue with the globes or something else?

The lights probably, there is no easy way to test unfortunately, but it's highly unlikely it coukd be anything else, electricity is getting there and the lights circuitry is doing strange things.
