Fiat Palio 1.2mpi ed

I drive a fiat palio 1.2mpi ed and i get a hudge petrol fume when i drive and i seem to loose quit a bit of petrol can someone please tell me what it could be.

It is probably a corroded fuel pipe - the one that goes from the filler neck to the tank - or one of the flexible rubber connections in that pipe that has started to perish, letting fumes & fuel leak out.
