I was naturally excited when I read that Icasa published draft regulations with regards to data roll-over. I got even more excited when I saw that some ISP's started offering this.
In passing today - I spoke to a rep from SADV (my ISP) and he said that they have no plans to enable data roll-over anytime soon. I know this is not in force yet and still before the courts - however some ISP's have started implementing it.
Did i miss something?
