fiber is still dead

i live in dorchester heights east london. fiber was put in our are 2 months ago and to date nothing is alive. i have phoned many isp providers and nobody can help me to who they are are when the area will go live

Look at https://vumatel.co.za/coverage and https://www.frogfootfibre.com/frogfoot/myaccount/home/frogfoot/coverage.jsp - should give you an indication if your area/street is live. Frogfoot is a bit behind. In Beacon Bay the cables were in a few months ago, and they are not yet live. Your best bet is SADV/VUMA - Frogfoot seems to be having issues in the EC, there are plenty of complaints on the forums.
