Job description: Fibre Optics Technician (FOA)
Location or telecommuting: Johannesburg
Permanent or part-time: Permanent, Part time or Contract.
Junior, intermediary or senior: Junior
Availability: Immediately
Experience: 12 Months (FTTH) with Telkom (OpenServe) & Vodacom
Technologies: Splicing Machine, Cleaver, Cable Stripper, PON Meter, Divot, ONT, Routers, CCTV & More
About me: I'm a certified Fiber Optics Associate & CompTIA A+ and N+. I have worked in the East of Pretoria & Northern Joburg Estates doing a great job installing FTTH & CCTV cameras. I'm in a verge of completing my Cisco CCNA (Routing & Switching) certification. I like to read and keep up-to-date with the lastest in Sports, Politics, Technology & Business. I'm a good team player, computer literate and I have technical abilities when solving a problem.
What am I looking for: Exposure in the Fiber Optics GPON & EPON learning how to troubleshoot and doing maintanance across the network. With full committement I wouldn't mind volunteering to benefit from the opportunity.
