MWEB is not looking at their customer's Queries!! February 2024 I have received an email from MWEB informing that my line speed will change from 40/40 to 60/60 and will take effect 1 of April 2024.
My speed is still 40/40 today!! Changes was not made!! I reset my dual band Router everyday to no avail. I have submitted a query on 2 April to MWEB trying to get some action from them!! They are simply not at work there or they are to busy enjoying my valued payment monthly. What to do, what to do. Phoning them is an equal painful experience.
