Fiber to UTP converter

What is the distance you want to go with either dualmode or single mode and
what is your bandwidth requirements.

It is 10megs or less, there are cheaper options than fiber.
 
already have the fiber installed ... but did not realise that the switch I had did not support fiber ... so I need a converter ... it is a 100Mb
