Does anyone know which ISP's are providing FTTH in the Westlake area?

I've tried Cybersmart which have something 500m from my house but they want 30K to lay the cable or get my neighbors to split the costs.

Is there any ISP currently in Silvertree Estate? Or any ISP willing to do the investigation into the estate?

Odd as I'm looking into 100mbps lightspeed which is essentially Cybersmart in the Westlake/Tokai area and I dont recall a +-30k install for both Gated Complex and Business Fiber. will look into it.
