at least thats what it says on the lamppost all over JHB. But i think its just for businesses at the moment. The link underneath points to www.mtnbusiness.co.za. And if it was for home, it would probably be so prohibitively expensive.

I called them to get an quote.. they told me to call some dude, who seemed ot be the techy as well.. asked for a quote... still waiting...

If you put in fibre you pay for the line from theirs to your place. I live in a block of flats and I am certain I could get some people together to share the costs... I woudl also tiy and work out a deal with them that if anyone needs to feed off "my/our" line, ie the stuff I would have paid for, then we MUST get some cash back... the problem is how would we know!?!?! .. i mean if they are not honest enough to tell
