Fibre Account Migration to another address

Goodday,

Please explain the process of changing service from 1 address to another. I'm currently with Mind The Speed.

There is a ONT installed at the new property. Can I just have the service switched to the new location?

Most likely they will just need the "B" number and/or the serial number on that particular ONT.

Unfortunately you can't migrate fibre. You cancel the current service and signup for the new address. If the new address already have an ONT and it has not been cancelled or inactive for more than 14 days you can migrate that B number. If it's been more than 14 days in the holding pool the B number is ceased and new installation fees will likely apply if not covered by the ISP.
