Vuma phoned me this morning 8am to switch off the ont. I was at work, and requested a call back after 4pm, to which the agent said he would do so.... No call back from them. Tried calling back myself, no answer

Totally shocking from Vuma and Afrihost at the moment

The object number linked to your address has been recycled and installed at someone else's property.

Each time we place an order for a service this object gets activated. We have disputed ISP-983473 many times explaining to the techs the current situation but it seems like it's not quite getting through not sure if it's incompetence or just the lack of support from Vumatel.

We continue to try to explain to Vumatel the current situation and hope that the issue can be rectified.
