Fibre and gaming - BF4 and Vodacom

So I live in White River and I just had Vodacom Fibre installed and my ping on BF4 for local servers is now worse than European Servers, its gone from like 40 to 319! Euro servers are now flat 200. WTF is going on?? Am I playing local servers via Europe?

Please help with any fixes

Do a traceroute to the servers and check.

I am more impress with White River having fibre before us Jo'burgers.
