Fibre broadband, good move?

I was recently contacted by a Sales Rep from CipherWave for a 5Mbps Fibre Broadband line at R3980 per month, with a contention of 1:1, they are a tier 1 ISP, would you say this is a good move?

i think that is what makes Fibre so nice, it can grow? take in account Japan's 2Gig/ps

define Tier 1? Cause it's impossible for them to be Tier 1.

Yea but it doesn't make them tier 1, are they buying bandwidth through Neotel? Or did they lay their own fibre and make their own world-wide international connections without anyone in south africa knowing anything?
