Fibre down some nights between 12am to 2am

Hi,

We recently installed fibre and I've noticed that we sometimes dont have internet access between 12am to 2am, is anyone else experiencing this? It's Openserve with ISP TTConnect, could there be any possible reason for this?

TTConnect is not an ISP as far as I am aware? They're a last mile fiber/network provider like OpenServe.
They're actually being taken to court by ISPs due to terrible service:

Sorry I meant Fredd is the ISP, using TTConnect, using openserve, so not sure how that works? I find it odd though because sometimes we would have the same issue with the LTE from time to time

That doesn't work, you're either using Fredd ISP on TTConnect line, or you're using Fredd on OpenServe.
