Fibre has already been rolled out in my area. Sadly my address ****** is still on pre-order, but my neighbour across me is live. The trench was dug on my side. I have opened a ticket #VPF-726-70391 which was replied to, to check coverage. I did that and it states pre-order. Openserve not replying as well. I want to sign-up. Please escalate this request.

I have removed your address for privacy reasons. I checked and the address is still on pre order.

On pre order stage we can still place an order with Openserve and the order will get installed as soon as the area is live. Did you place a pre order with us already?

Not yet. I want to ensure that we are live. My concern is why my block is pre-order and most of the area is live? Will placing a pre-oder escalate it?

Unlikely but if they are accepting orders it's likely due to go live soon.
