Fibre has already been rolled out in my area. Sadly my address ****** is still on pre-order, but my neighbour across me is live. The trench was dug on my side. I have opened a ticket #VPF-726-70391 which was replied to, to check coverage. I did that and it states pre-order. Openserve not replying as well. I want to sign-up. Please escalate this request.
