Are there multiple options to choose from ?

From what I've heard seems like TT Connect manages the fibre.

Any tips or past experiences ?

Depends on the complex / estate you're in. For example, in Waterstone Park, it's Vodacom with TT Connect busy installing as an alternative provider now as well. Some Balwin developments are with SADV, while others were with Evotel (sold to Vodacom).

With TT Connect you have several options as ISP, they'll obviously push Fredd Fibre on you (it's their ISP arm, same company), but you can choose Afrihost or MWEB etc. CoolIdeas as far as I know also does TT Connect signups, and I would recommend them, however TT connect fibre has been dodgy from what I've seen in the past several months, and there's an ISP that is taking them to court as well. So really not sure what's going on there.

Personally I was forced to go with Vodacom when they sold Evotel and didn't announce anything until it was practically too late for the estate to get another provider in without disrupting internet. Vodacom was going to be way more expensive than Evotel, but I received an email a month or two ago saying they're giving us the same price for internet now forever, which is good IMO as they initially only said they'd honor that until end of Feb. I think the fact that TT connect is also installing made them scared to lose a good chunk of their client base they bought (because they probably just thought the estate would rollover and take it up the ass)

Either way, if TT Connect is your poison, they're open network and many ISP's work with them, my choice would be based on client support and feedback... and staying well clear from Afrihost.
