Fibre Instalation - Wonderboom Pta

My OpenServe overhead fibre and the optical termination box (Huawei) was installed and connected, however, they installer said that the "power" still needs to be connected at the Sinoville Exchange? Any idea what he meant and how long this can take? And is there any way to check on progress?
