And it is non-functional. No phone line, no internet data.
The ugly, clunky, Zysk router they installed (very different from the one I had been shown before!) has a slow, inefficient interface, and is not connecting.
The crew sent to do the installation shoved off once they'd put the hardware in place. Actual functionality seems not to be part of the deal.
The old ADSL line worked fine.
