Fibre internet for Vaalpark

Strange,
Though I pre-ordered for fibre at my home in Sasolburg (and it previously stated that Vumatel would roll out to Sasolburg), when I check the coverage map on Vumatel now it state that there is not plans for Fibre in my area yet. Was smack in the middle of the shaded area someone posted earlier...
Hope it is just the website that is having some problems.

A bit off topic, but how far are they with the trenching in Sasol? Or have they not started yet?
 
Not started yet. Apart from the original fiber cables that was put in ~6 years ago by I believe was Dark Fiber Africa.
Seems things in Vaalpark was happening a lot faster than in Sasolburg, was able to register/order Fiber for my mom at her home in Vaalpark.

Yes, they did the trenching quite fast here. My street was one of the first, but due to me living in a complex, things are going to take a lot longer.

Perhaps any news on this yet? Attempted to speak to someone at Vumatel regarding the installation, needless to say the person I spoke to has no idea what's going on.
