Fibre is down

Good day,

I'm sitting on day 3 with no internet at all and This is supposedly a metro fibre issue.
Are there updates on this?

Hello.
On the ticket, you were notified of an area outage. However, it has been cleared. Please advise on the lights of the ONT.
I will have to log a ticket directly with Metrofibre.

2 of the 4 lights were on. Power and ethernet if I recall. Broadband and the other remain off. I've rebooted the device a couple of times and even unplugged it for about 30 mins at some point.

I have logged a fault with MFN, ticket reference is 259918. I will let you know of any feedback received.

I finally am running now as of 15 mins ago!

A techie called around 18h00 to find out if I had power but the line dropped before I could say anything.

Happy to be online again.

The ONT is an inverter and is always powered.
