Fibre optics in Elarduspark??

Has anyone who lives in the elarduspark/wingatepark/waterkloof/wherever seen the lines they are installing next to hans strydom (next to the new mall that is walking distance from my house!!!!!!) it cant be power cables (due them installing it everywhere, even in neighborhoods) and its obviously not water pipes so could it really be?? If it is then my dream is forfilled!!

Yes it is a Fibre installation... Muvoni Weltex for DFA...

But I doubt anyone will be able to afford it for quite a while... except of course businesses...
