I think that's a misrepresentation. It probably means properties passed with the potential to be connected.I read on Telkom's website that they have 215 000 homes and businesses connected http://www.telkom.co.za/today/shop/futurehood/....this seems pretty high??

- overall fibre penetration in SA / estimated number of subscribers (FTTH or FTTB)?

You know Internet Solutions would probably be the only provider other than Telkom that I would get without thinking twice.
